Business Messaging
2Chat is a business messaging platform that connects your WhatsApp and SMS numbers to one shared inbox, one REST API and one set of webhooks. Your team replies from the inbox, and your systems send and receive through the API.

How it works
Every message goes through the same layers: a connected channel, the shared inbox and the API. What changes per channel is how you connect it and the rules it follows.
Link WhatsApp numbers by QR code or through the WhatsApp Business API, and add SMS-enabled virtual numbers.
Incoming messages from every connected number land in the 2Chat Live Chat, where agents reply and see the full history.
Send personalized campaigns from a CSV list, schedule messages for later, and let no-code flows reply automatically.
Send and read messages with one API key, and receive events from every channel through webhooks.
Capabilities
The capabilities behind each step of the messaging flow.
Link an existing WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number by scanning a QR code, with no number migration.
Connect through Meta Embedded Signup on the Cloud API, with coexistence mode to keep the WhatsApp Business app.
Send and receive SMS from SMS-enabled 2Chat virtual numbers, using numbers in E.164 format.
Several agents work the same number from the Live Chat, with assignment rules and internal notes.
Send to up to 5,000 contacts per campaign from a CSV, with column variables and a set sending speed.
Send a message at a set date, time and timezone, once or on a recurring schedule.
One API key to send and read WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business API and SMS messages.
Receive WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business API, SMS and call events on your server, with delivery logs.
Uses
Agents answer messages from every connected WhatsApp and SMS number in the same inbox, without switching apps or phones.
Upload a CSV, use its columns as variables such as name or coupon, and set the sending speed, days and hours.
Call the SMS endpoint with the sender, recipient and text to send confirmations or alerts. Each message returns a message_uuid you can track.
Subscribe to webhooks for WhatsApp and SMS events, or use the HubSpot, Zapier and Make integrations to act on new messages.
