This page lists the third parties that Nagence, Inc. (“2Chat”) engages to help provide the Service. It is referenced by our Data Processing Agreement, under which you give us a general authorization to engage subprocessors, and by our Privacy Policy.
We group the list in two parts, because the two carry very different data:
Platform subprocessors may process the data you put into the Service or generate through it, including your contacts, your message content and your call recordings. These are subprocessors in the sense of Article 28 GDPR.
Website and business tools process data about visitors to our public websites and about our own dealings with you as a customer, such as billing and support. They do not have access to your contacts or your communications content.

Amazon Web Services, Inc. Cloud hosting, storage and backups for the Service. Processing locations: United States, European Union.
Microsoft Corporation (Azure) Cloud hosting and supporting infrastructure for the Service. Processing locations: United States, European Union.
Telecommunications carriers Origination and termination of voice calls and SMS and MMS messages, and allocation of phone numbers, in each country where we offer numbers. Which carrier handles a given call or message depends on the destination and on the route chosen at the time. Processing locations: the destination country and the countries the route transits.
Meta Platforms, Inc. and WhatsApp LLC Delivery of WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business API messages, and hosting of WhatsApp Business API numbers. Processing locations: United States, Ireland.
Twilio Inc. Only where you choose to connect your own Twilio numbers to 2Chat. In that case Twilio remains your provider for those numbers and carries the traffic on them. Processing locations: United States.
ElevenLabs Inc. Only where you enable the ElevenLabs integration. Processes the call audio and produces transcripts for the calls you route to an ElevenLabs voice agent. Processing locations: United States.
Stripe, Inc. Payment processing and subscription billing. We do not store or collect your payment card details; they go directly to Stripe. Processing locations: United States.
Intercom, Inc. Customer support messaging on our websites and in the product. Processing locations: United States, European Union.
HubSpot, Inc. Customer relationship management, sales and marketing communications. Processing locations: United States, European Union.
Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) Application error tracking and diagnostics. Processing locations: United States.
PostHog, Inc. Product analytics for our websites and the web application, including which pages are viewed and how features are used. Runs in PostHog's United States region. Loaded only where the visitor's cookie choice permits it. Processing locations: United States.
Google LLC Google Analytics for website traffic measurement, and Google Ads for advertising measurement and remarketing. Loaded only where the visitor's cookie choice permits it. Processing locations: United States, European Union.
Microsoft Corporation (Clarity) Website usage analytics. Loaded only where the visitor's cookie choice permits it. Processing locations: United States.
Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. Website traffic analytics. Loaded only where the visitor's cookie choice permits it. Processing locations: Singapore, European Union.
Tolt Technologies Affiliate and referral attribution for our partner program. Loaded only where the visitor's cookie choice permits it. Processing locations: European Union.
Reddit, Inc. Advertising measurement and remarketing. Loaded only where the visitor's cookie choice permits it. Processing locations: United States.
Where a subprocessor processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the transfer is made under the mechanisms described in section 13 of our Data Processing Agreement, which include the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions where the recipient participates, and the Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum where it does not.
We will give notice before a new platform subprocessor starts processing customer personal data, in accordance with section 8 of the Data Processing Agreement. Changes to website and business tools are reflected on this page and in our Privacy Policy.
